Guest speaker, Scott McLeod QC, has a practice which combines both public and commercial law. Listed in the Australian Financial Review’s Best Lawyers ® 2020 for Public Law, Scott has extensive court and tribunal experience, advising or acting in proceedings for and against Commonwealth and State Agencies, in the Federal and Supreme Courts, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal and both the High Court and Court of Appeal of the Solomon Islands.
Stuart Unwin, Principal at BTLawyers, will be facilitating the workshop. He has nearly twenty years’ experience managing psychiatric injury and bullying claims in addition to significant recent experience managing historical institutional abuse claims.
